How your project runs

  1. Consultation & site visit

    We visit, measure, look at existing conditions and talk through goals, budget and timing.

  2. Design & written scope

    We review the lease, drawings and equipment list, and deliver a proposal with scope milestones and a compliance plan.

  3. Permits & build

    We file commercial permits, then handle demolition, framing, MEP rough-ins, inspections, millwork and finishes on a phased schedule.

  4. Final walkthrough

    We review every detail with you and close out the punch list before handover.
